Step 3 — Proposal & Engagement Design — Based on the discovery conversation, Austin’s team will prepare a tailored proposal outlining the recommended approach, scope of work, timeline, and investment. Every proposal is built specifically for the project at hand, not adapted from a template.
Step 4 — Kickoff & Execution — Once the proposal is agreed and the engagement is confirmed, Austin’s team moves quickly into the kickoff phase. This includes finalising the project plan, assembling the right team, establishing communication rhythms, and beginning work with full transparency from day one.
